These are the promises behind every whole.organic product. Each one is something you can check.

Certified organic, lot by lot

Every product will come from farms certified to an organic standard. The certificate is not printed as a slogan on the pack. It is shown for each lot on the Trace your pack page, with the name of the certification body and the date it runs to.

A code on every pack

Every pack will carry a lot code. The code links to the farms that supplied that lot and the date it was harvested or packed. If a pack holds produce from more than one farm, all of them are listed.

Plain words only

Labels and this site use only words that have a clear meaning. There are no health claims and no words that sound like a standard but are not one. The guides explain what the common label words mean.

Fresh, and dated

Each pack shows its packing date. Eggs also carry a best-before date, and the storage advice on each product page follows official guidance.

Corrections in the open

If something on a pack or on this site turns out to be wrong, it will be corrected openly, with the date of the change. Write to [email protected].
