Where can I buy whole.organic products
Not yet. The products are coming soon. This page will say where to find them as soon as they are on shelves.
What does organic mean on your products
It means the product comes from farms certified to an organic standard, inspected by a certification body. The guide "What organic actually means" explains the rules in plain language.
How do I trace my pack
Find the lot code printed on the pack and enter it on the Trace your pack page. You will see the farms in that lot, the harvest or packing date and the certificate that covers it.
Can one pack of eggs come from more than one farm
Yes. Eggs from more than one certified farm can be packed together in one lot. When that happens, the lot page lists every farm in it.
Why do the vegetables sometimes look less even
Organic farms keep pests down mainly by prevention, so a leaf may carry a small mark, and sizes vary more. The guide "Why organic vegetables can look less uniform" explains more.
How should I store the products
Each product page has a short storage note, and the guides on storing eggs, leafy greens and fruit go into detail.
Why are there no prices
Prices will be shown once the products are on sale.
